1. The product range is extensive, covering dairy products, solid beverages, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meat products, biscuits and cake pastries, etc. The printer can precisely print production dates, shelf life, batch numbers, traceability codes, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. It is suitable for the multi-category and high-output production rhythm of the food industry, meeting the requirements for food safety traceability and compliance.

2. The product packaging is diverse, including soft packaging, hard plastic, paper boxes, liquid containers, etc. The printer supports non-contact printing. For soft packaging (such as composite films, aluminum foil bags), flexible quick-drying ink is used; for hard packaging (such as plastic bottles, paper boxes), high-adhesion ink is used to avoid damaging the packaging or causing the marking to smudge or fall off.

Solution

For different packaging materials and production environment conditions, the inkjet printer needs to meet various adhesion requirements, such as resistance to freezing (-20℃ to 0℃ low-temperature storage without label detachment), resistance to high temperature and autoclaving (clear labels after 121℃ sterilization), resistance to migration (ink does not penetrate food), resistance to oil (labels for food with oil content remain clear), and resistance to humidity (no staining in refrigerated humid environments), to ensure the effectiveness of food safety labels throughout the process.
